Attorney Rachel Deschuytner to speak at Maine’s Comp Summit
Attorney Rachel Deschuytner will be speaking at Maine’s annual Comp Summit on August 27, 2018. Her presentation will focus on defense counsel perspectives and strategies when reducing or discontinuing workers’ compensation benefits. Rachel will be joined by Doug Kaplan, of Kaplan and Grant, Jennifer Jortberg, of MEMIC, and Administrative Law Judge David Hirtle.
