ATTORNEY BIOGRAPHY
Jennie Michaels graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Criminal Justice from Husson University. She later earned her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law.
Jennie began working for the firm in the spring of 2023 as a summer associate and continued working for the firm while finishing her degree. While in law school, she also interned at Disability Rights Maine where she assisted primarily with cases involving special education.
She now lives in Gray with her partner Chris and their mini dachshund. Prior to moving to Southern Maine for law school, Jennie grew up in Veazie, Maine. After completing her bachelor’s degree, she moved to Searsport for several years where she worked as a paraprofessional in a special education classroom for a nearby school district. She enjoys exploring the Maine coast with her dog, listening to music, drawing and painting, and spending time with friends.
