ATTORNEY BIOGRAPHY
Timothy McGovern earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton in 2018. He then attended Northeastern University, where he received a Master of Science in Criminology & Criminal Justice in 2019. Timothy went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2025.
While in law school, Timothy gained extensive experience in intellectual property as a Foreign Filing Assistant at Clark+Elbing LLP in Boston. Prior to that, Timothy served as a Legal Assistant at Swartz & Swartz, P.C., where he worked alongside attorneys conducting legal research and assisting clients with their personal injury claims.
Raised in Merrick, NY, Timothy now lives in Westbrook. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
