Fred Moore is the firm’s senior trial attorney, with 45 years of trial experience. Mr. Moore graduated from Tufts University with high honors and spent five years in the Navy’s nuclear submarine program during which he got to surface at the North Pole and ultimately qualified to serve as the chief engineer for any nuclear powered ship in the Navy.
After receiving his J.D. from Georgetown Law School, where he served on the Moot Court Team, Mr. Moore received a prestigious clerkship on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Over the years he has worked in one the largest law firms in the Midwest, was a prosecutor for the state of Maine, became a partner at Robinson, Kriger and McCallum and then served as Liberty Mutual’s chief in-house trial counsel for the state of Maine before returning to Robinson, Kriger and McCallum.
Mr. Moore lives in Scarborough with his wife and is active with his award-winning barbershop quartet, whose video performing on an airplane stranded on the runway at Reagan International airport has garnered more than 9 million viewings on You-Tube.
Mr. Moore works in civil trials representing both plaintiffs and defendants, with concentration on personal injury, contracts, construction defects, product liability, complex litigation, and mediations.
